Dr. James M. Davidson - is a professor in the Departments of Anthropology and African-American Studies at the University of Florida. His main research focus is on the 19th century African-American experience in Dallas, Texas and North Florida.

Edward González-Tennant - is a PhD student, his main research focus centers on the intersections of Critical Race Theory and 19th century Diasporic experiences in the Deep South.

Lizzie Jenkins - is one of the main forces behind the remembering of Rosewood in the 21st century, her numerous books, website, and constant work supplied much of the initial push and information used to build this website.
